At many times throughout the year Limnaria Gardens and Villas are fully booked and there may be no availability for your travel dates. If this is the case it may be possible to split your time between two properties on the complex.

The complexes are next to each other are located in the heart of Kato Paphos 100m away from the seafront and the bars and restaurants. On Limnaria Gardens there is a large walk in pool and jaccuzi together with a second smaller pool with jacuzzi that is heated in the winter months. Limnaria Villas is the smaller of the two complexes and has a large swimming pool. You can see the Limnaria Gardens Siteplan and Limnaria Villas Siteplan

We are specialists at organising large wedding and group bookings. We can accommodate up to 200 guests on Limnaria and other nearby complexes and in 2009 we catered for three large groups of over 100 guests in addition to many other smaller groups.
