I have already recommended this property and Paphos lettings to friends and colleagues. As a family of two adults and three children (age 16, 8 and 6) this suited us down to the ground. A real quality villa with fantastic facilities and brilliant location. Great pool with very well maintained gardens. Literally a five minute walk to the heart of Kato Paphos which is a first class resort - very clean and full of good value eating places and resort-type shops. No 'hassle' factors such as touts, timeshare people, lager louts, etc. It really is the ideal family holiday location - especially with such a high quality accommodation to live in. Cannot recommend Paphos Lettings highly enough. They made it so easy and took care of our every request promptly and efficiently (and we are very exacting customers!). If you are swithering about using a letting company, use this one - it is a GREAT SERVICE. Ref:5147 The villa was well equipped and ideal for our diverse needs - older teenage children and 81 year old grandmother as well as my husband and myself. Roomy, great position of sun for shade in afternoon and sunny breakfasts on the terrace. Air conditioning very welcome. Kitchen equipped to cook marvellous meals with local produce if you're not seduced by great range of restaurants really close-by. We found the terrace and private garden area a real bonus and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It also seemed very spacious and we liked the layout. Very easy to get to the seafront and restaurants and the view at night from the lounge was lovely with the subdued lighting in and around the pool area and under the palm trees. A great place to be. We have stayed in apartments all over Paphos over the years but Limnaria, in our opinion, is the best. We also loved the proximity to the seafront and the nearness to the restaurants and hotels, and we were spoilt for choice. However the Limnaria complex itself was quiet and peaceful. A car was not necessary. We noticed that the public areas were cleaned regularly. We liked it so much that we are returning later this year! Even though there are a number of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, the property is located in a quiet area of the resort, especially in the evening. We have been visiting cyprus for the last 10 years and this is the 1st time we have used Paphos Lettings for our accommodation. The standard was very high with a fantastic balcony overlooking the pool and gardens area. I would recommend the complex to anyone and to use Paphos Lettings to book your stay as they were extremely helpful. We have booked up again for this September and May and September next year. A great base for all bars and eateries in the area and only 10 minutes walk in to the harbour. Very simple booking process, questions prior to booking answered quickly, Contacted Colin whilst we were on holiday as we had a query re our taxi transfer and this was dealt with straight away, a very good service all round would definitely use again Ref:5368 We stayed in a super penthouse apartment http://www.apartments-paphos.co.uk/MainHome.asp?a=5368 on this development for a fortnight in June. We loved the outlook over the swimming pools, especially at night when it is all lit up. We also had views over the mountains and the sea. The 3 bedded apartment has a huge three sided private terrace so we were able to sunbathe in peace when we felt like it, or alternatively join the throng by the pools and socialise with neighbours. We virtually lived outside, mostly under a shady pergola and enjoyed the odd sea breeze. June is a wonderful month, the weather is perfect and its not too crowded, so highly recommend it if you are not confined to school holidays.
