Limnaria Gardens Rules and Regulations
The
following rules and regulations have been established
for the benefit of all users of the complex to ensure
the safe operation of the pool facilities and to provide
enjoyable recreation for all. Guests are requested to
cooperate in observing these rules and to obey the
instructions
Guests shall not make or allow any disturbing noises in
the property nor do, nor permit anything which will
interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of
other guests on the complex
All musical instruments, television sets, stereos,
radios, etc., are to be played at a volume which will
not disturb other guests and no music to be played
outdoors after midnight
The swimming
pools are for the exclusive use of residents and tenants
Running, pushing, causing undue disturbance, or any
conduct that may endanger the welfare of self or other
guests is prohibited
The towel will be removed from a communal sun bed
(marked VH) if the bed has been unoccupied for more than
1 hour
Sunbeds must not be chained to the communal umbrellas
Under no circumstances are communal sun beds to be
removed from the pool terrace
Glass containers or breakable objects of any kind are
not permitted in the pool area
Guests will be responsible for removing all their
rubbish from the pool area
Children under 5 years of age or non- swimmers must be
supervised by a responsible person, who is
Persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol are no allowed in the pool or around the pool area
The swimming pool may be used up until 10pm on the strict understanding that guests keep noise down to a minimum so as not disturb other guests
Persons with open cuts, sores, bandages, colds, coughs or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool
Feeding stray animals is strictly prohibited
Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated
A guest will be verbally warned for the first offence; the guest will be asked to vacate the property and leave complex if a second offence occurs
The procedure to report if these rules are not being adhered to is the visit the person in the Leptos sales office and explain the problem to them. They will then contact security and the owner/agent who will deal with the problem
