Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing.

May 2025 - The location of this apartment is straight out to the pool and has loads of outdoor space. Clean and well equipped. Great A/C. The pool area is spotless and well looked after. Love the library. Definitely recommend.

August 2024 - Everything in the description of this property was accurate. The place was spotless and the location was excellent. I booked it again for next year.
July 2024 - The property was spacious and very clean. Plenty of storage. beds were very comfortable. Hot water was plentiful for showers etc. South facing so sun all day. I would definitely book this apartment again.
March 2024 - Great as always. Good to see the new owners making improvements inside with new curtains, lights, bedding, shower and tap replacements etc. Thank you.
December 2023 - We booked this apartment for the second time. We lived there during Winter and we had a great time. Everything was perfect. Some details were new. When we had questions there was the Property Manager who had the answer and helped at once. We felt very happy the whole time so we booked for the next Winter Season. In the winter there were no distractions and it was rather quiet. Also, we enjoyed every restaurant nearby or in the old town. But most of the time we used the perfect kitchen and were cooking ourselves. We enjoyed sitting in the sun on the south-facing terrace and the swimming pool.

September 2023 - Very good 2 bedroom apartment, clean, good inside and outside space. Good location for a few bars/ restaurants. Great pools. Only 10 minute walk to the many bars/ restaurants at the harbour. Thank you Cyprus Lettings.
