September 2022 - Nice apartment overlooking the pool. Complex is in a great location close to bars and beach and the harbour. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends.
July 2022 - Stayed here at the start of July for 10 nights as a party of 3. Upon arrival, the process was simple and we gained access to the apartment quickly. The room was spacious for the size of the group and the facilities were good. The balcony was spacious with sun beaming through until around 7.30pm. It was clean when we arrived and it’s expected you leave it in the same way you found it. The pool area was good, and was of a good size. It’s a 2-3 min walk to the beach, the nearest row of restaurants is around a similar walk as are the bars. I had family who stayed on the same complex but in a different apartment and they much preferred this apartment to theirs. Me and my partner have already said we will be looking to return as it’s a great little place and can’t really fault anything with the apartment. 9/10
June 2022 - Stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. Have used this apartment before and as usual it was very clean and tidy upon arrival. We like it that much it is already booked next June!!. Cyprus Lettings provide an excellent service, and I have used them many times. I would recommend this property to all. Visited the water park, and went on an evening sunset cruise as part of our stay.
May 2022 - This is the 2nd time we've used this apartment. Upset we can't get it next year, love the size of it, great kitchen size. The covered balcony gives you respite of the sun. The Property Manager and his team that are in charge of the apartment are fantastic, any issue and they'll definitely get it sorted, Cyprus Lettings, as the company in charge of letting it are a great company, so helpful and so accommodating to any requests. Great location for bars and restaurants great pool area, the complex is kept to a very high standard too.
September 2021 - We have used the Cyprus Lettings Group a number of times now and honestly can’t say anything negative about the company or anyone connected to them. We stayed in block G this time which was ideal. We did have a major problem with the electricity on the night we arrived,which wasn’t ideal, but Cyprus Lettings and the Property Manager did everything they could to sort the problem which they did. They put us in another apartment till the problem was sorted so all’s well that ends well. We’re actually booked through them again for next year. If you need anything or have a problem, you’re never made to feel you are bothering them. The location of Limnaria Gardens is very central to bars and access to the coastal path,which at night could be better lit,but it’s a beautiful view when walking at night of the seafront and harbour area.
July 2019 - Had a wonderful stay at Limnaria gardens, only 10 minutes walk to the main bars and shops and restaurants and harbour it is ideally situated. There are mini markets and restaurants locally as well. The apartment had all the facilities you needed (home from home), any problems were easily solved with the customer service staff. Would recommend the holiday to my friends and family.
June 2019 - Very nice apartment, perfect swimming pools.
March 2019 - As usual at Limnaria Gardens we had a good apartment. The location for us is about the best feature . The area is nice and quiet yet close to facilities so very handy . Always hire a car as recommended by Cyprus Lettings Group on their website. Did not need help from the property manager. All in all a good property.
September 2018 - A fantastic weeks holiday. Sea, beach and sun and of course people are the main treasure of Paphos. Apartment which I have occupied during my vacation was good. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was very comfortable. Living room and all bedrooms had their own air conditioners and they have worked without any troubles. Manager of the property helped me with access to the internet immediately when I've called him. I would recommend this property to all my friends or relatives.
August 2018 - We all had a great time thanks we had a few issues with the hot water and AC in bedroom, both were sorted out quickly.
October 2017 - A very spacious and well presented apartment. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a family, or like us a couple who like a bit of space ! Good position overlooking the pool area. Does not get much direct sunshine in October so stays cool during the day time. Has the usual facilities but has the added advantage of a dishwasher as who wants to be washing up on holiday ! There were a couple of issues during our stay with an Aircon unit and the hot water pump. Both were sorted very quickly by the local agent who was very helpful. This apartment is only a short walk from lots of very good local restaurants and only about 10-15 mins from the main sea front area. We can recommend Viva Cyprus, Mar Bianco and the Alea lounge as good places to eat and drink. Prices in Pathos are fairly consistent between bars so not much to choose between them price wise so personal taste may be the deciding factor. A car is a useful thing to hire during your stay as it opens up the rest of Cyprus. Driving is very simple and in Cyprus you drive on the left, the same as in UK. Traffic is light and most drivers are very good. Aphrodites Rock Brewing Company is worth a visit for good food and beer. A drive out onto the Akamas peninsular is also worthwhile if you like fairly empty sandy beaches and shallow sea for swimming/snorkelling. This is a very good base to explore Cyprus and is only a 15 minute drive from the airport.
August 2017 - The location was good and the complex was really nice. We made good use of the pool as our friends we were sharing with have a little 2 year old. The apartment clean and fine for our needs. We had a problem with the toaster and the property manager replaced it straight away. All in all we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back again. There were plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance but the walk towards the harbour for my husband was quite hard. We would get a taxi back for 8. It thought some of the eating places were a bit expensive but there was one not far from the complex les Amis I think it was called and the food and service was excellent. The set menu was brilliant. All in all a good holiday experience
