Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Two people. There are 2 sofabeds in the living room that sleep one person each. These are available on request for a charge of 15 euros per bed, per week and this is payable on arrival.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, and a dining table and four chairs.
Balcony - Pool-facing, table, parasol and four chairs.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, grill and kettle.
Bedroom - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom - The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.
Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.
TV System - UK free-to-view channels including BBC and ITV, full Sky package, 30+ extra sports channels showing many sports including almost every premiership game and 7-day catch up. There are also hundreds of current DVD-quality movies available.Click Here to download TV instructions
Additional Features - Safe, iron and ironing board.
Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has two private sunloungers.

March 2024 - Can’t recommend this place enough! Great location only a 5-minute walk to the beach! Great pool view from the balcony also. Such a well-equipped apartment didn’t need anything, there were even sun loungers to put on the balcony. Comfy beds!! Fast wifi! Easy parking! Clear instructions which always helps.November 2023 - A good location with the sea, shops and promenade within walking distance. Affordable accommodation out of season.
October 2023 - Apartment was great and as described. Few issues with TV reception, the Property manager was quick to respond when the TV service subscription ran out during our stay and he sorted it quickly. The pool and gardens are well-kept. A large fridge with a freezer section was a welcome addition to the kitchen. Easy walk to local restaurants and bars Atrion is very handy and very good. The booking process was very efficient. Instructions were clear and comprehensive. Follow-up with repeat customer offers was very welcome and we will be back next year. Well done great service.
August 2023 - As we are frequent visitors we know the complex very well. Nice location close to the sea and restaurants (Billy´s, Michael Taverna etc), nice complex and pools, the apartment is in a good location and there are enough parking places. The apartment was clean and quite well-equipped. Two separate beds were comfortable for sleeping. The fridge seemed quite new and in good condition. The air conditioners worked well. The balcony is of a good size and the view to the pool area, with the morning sun. Access to the apartment is quick and easy, the instructions and information from the Cyprus Lettings Group are easy to understand. We had problems with wifi and those were resolved quickly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the Company and the complex.

August 2019 - Property was excellent, pictures are accurate. Lovely balcony with shade at around 5pm...perfect for a sundowner. Pool is excellent.
