Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table and four chairs, large patio doors that open out onto the terrace.
Terrace - The 30m terrace has multiple areas, with a large pergola and outdoor sofa seating for evening drinks and relaxing, outdoor dining area with traditional BBQ and sunbathing area.
Kitchen - Breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, grill and hob.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, separate walk-in wardrobe area, doors to the terrace.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, built-in wardrobes, doors to the terrace.
Bathrooms - The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment separated by the living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom with shower over bath.
Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has four private sunloungers.

January 2024 - This was the 3rd time to this apartment which says it all. Facilities are all good, any faults were sorted ASAP. Customer service was very good. The gardens and pool areas are kept as good if not better than anywhere I have been before, also cleanliness in the block itself is of a high standard.October 2023 - We have stayed at Limnaria Gardens a number of times and enjoyed this large basic penthouse apartment and have booked again for next May. The location and facilities are good for us as we are an elderly couple. We contacted the Property Manager a couple of times and he sorted out the problems immediately. For a morning coffee and snack lunch we recommend the Captain's Bistro on the promenade towards the harbour and for evening meals, Happy Island, The Atrion, The Imperial Chinese and the Maharajah Indian restaurant all close to the apartment. The website is clear and easy to navigate and the booking process is easy and works well.
August 2023 - Overall the property is in a much better condition than last year and reasonable value. The apartment location is fantastic and we enjoyed trips to the Waterpark, zoo and a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon
August 2023 - Excellent location and the pool area was beautiful. Plenty of room in the accommodation. Excellent service from Properly Manager, who is at the end of the phone when needed and resolves any issues. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants close by. Secret Garden and Viva Cyprus has to be our favourite place to eat and drink. The food is amazing and excellent price in Viva’s especially the set menu you can’t beat it. Ocean Vision boat trip is a must, best day ever, would definitely recommend this. The booking process is excellent and we are looking and booking again next year. Cyprus letting always got back to my questions straight away. Excellent all round.
June 2023 - Beautiful apartment and complex. The balcony was so big - fantastic. Great location couldn’t fault it.
May 2023 - This is a basic but spacious top-floor apartment with a large balcony overlooking the pool. We have stayed in this apartment before and will do so again. The new shower in the twin-bedded ensuite was appreciated. The location of Limnaria Gardens is ideal with restaurants and bars nearby. We had to call the property manager for a blocked sink but this was soon sorted, We like the Atrion, Happy Island, and Maharaja restaurants and the Captain's Bistro near the harbour for a lunchtime drink and a snack lunch. The website and booking process is accurate and easy to use.
May 2023 - We decided to come to Limnaria Gardens again, because we were satisfied last year with the stay there. This was our first experience booking it via your page. The description and photographs on website were accurate, the apartment was as we expected from the photos. The whole Limnaria Gardens complex is really nice place, it is really a garden with a lot of green plants, and a nice and tidy pool area, that is what we really appreciated. In general, we were really satisfied and we would recommend Limnaria Gardens to our friends, and to come again.
September 2022 - This is a basic but spacious apartment with a huge balcony and the description and photographs accurately describe the facilities. We regularly stay in apartments in Limnaria Gardens listed by Cyprus Lettings as we like the properties and the location and have already booked this apartment for next year. We had initial problems with the wi-fi and lights, but these were immediately rectified by the Property Manager. We like the local bars and the Atrion, Happy Island and the Maharaja restaurants nearby
October 2021 - Large apartment suitable for 4, big balcony, lovely well maintained pool area, easy entry to apartment, coded key access. Commutation with managers very easy and helpful. Good access to buses & coastal walk to town and beach. Suitable restaurants for all budgets.
October 2019 - The penthouse apartment was really spacious and had a fabulous large balcony overlooking the lovely pool area . We were really pleased with everything and would definitely return and would definitely recommend this apartment and complex . It is ideally situated and only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops and bars .
July 2019 - We loved our stay at Limnaria Gardens and would love to return. The pool was fantastic and kept very clean with the gardens well maintained. The apartment had just about everything needed and would comfortably accommodate a family of 4. The terrace is brilliant. I’d recommend Limnaria Gardens to friends and family. As for recommendations I think there are several good restaurants in the area. Atrion nearby is lovely. Porto Bello heading into town is fantastic too. If you like Indian food Namaste is superb. And there’s always a warm welcome at The White Hart for your first beer of the evening. They have a great selection of Belgian beers.
May 2019 - Our stay in limnaria Gardens was great. The apartment was spacious and well laid out. Clean and really comfortable. Descriptions and pictures were accurate. We enjoyed walking to various restaurants which are all in walking distance or a short ride away.. our favourite and closest was 'The Secret Garden' The harbour so close was a bonus too! Would highly recommend.
December 2018 - The apartment is extremely spacious and the terrace area is a very good size. Furnishings within the apartment are adequate as are the kitchen pots/pans and equipment. The heaters provided were well used in the evenings (December) as it got a little chilly. The internet was of a decent speed. We use this complex regularly and it is a great complex, plenty of parking space and nice pools.
June 2018 - The apartment lived up to our expectations, it was clean and tidy and there was a wonderful view over the complex.
August 2017 - Lovely Penthouse, this is the 3rd property we have stayed in on Limnaria Gardens and it was the best, spacious, light and the terrace is huge. Lots of wardrobe space and well equipped. We will definitely choose this apartment next time. Location is excellent as always we had a brilliant holiday here.
July 2017 - Very pleased with apartment and complex was lovely especially the pool area. Will definitely recommend and return. Loved Muse, 7 St. George's and Oniro restaurants.
