Occupancy - Two people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.
Balcony - The large south-facing balcony overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with a table and chairs, making it ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, and enjoying the evening sunset.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, features comfortable seating for four guests, together with a dining table and chairs, and a thermostatically controlled radiator for the winter.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom - Air-conditioned double and includes fitted wardrobes.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing.

May 2026 - It was exactly as promised and had all we needed for a great two weeks. Beautiful pools and gardens. Thje Property Manager was helpful and the apartment was very clean. We would recommend.
May 2026 - Second visit and everything was as expected. Love the view from apartment over the gardens and pool. Love the position being so close to the harbour and amenities.
March 2026 - We have stayed in this apartment 3 times. The apartment is very comfortable, and the photographs accurately show the facilities. The large south-facing balcony has full sun all day. It was exceptionally clean on arrival. We love the location of this complex, the grounds are beautifully maintained. You can walk to the municipal beach in 10 minutes, and the harbour area is 20 minutes away. As we had stayed before, we had no reason to contact the Property Manager, but we must add that in any past dealings they have always responded quickly. We would without hesitation recommend this property. During our stay, we hired a car for one week, travelling too lovely quiet villages and eating authentic Cypriot food. We visited the turtle museum and then headed to Kathikas for lunch. Both are well worth a visit. The second week we walked, our favourite walk is around the coastal path, stopping at the lighthouse beach for a drink and their delicious Cyprus potato fries. The old town is also worth a visit, for traditional food we highly recommend Laona restaurant, fabulous food and great prices. The Cyprus Lettings booking process is very easy to use, and the website can be navigated easily too.
March 2026 - Great apartment, well located for a visit to Paphos. As described in the listing and photos. Sunny position to receive the sun all day which keeps the apartment lovely and warm. Well stocked with all kitchen equipment, sun loungers, great fast internet and TV. When we arrived the internet was not working but a quick message to the property manager and this was sorted very quickly. We visited Paphos in a group of 22 people to take part in the marathon and wine runs, which were very well organised, and to celebrate a special birthday. We booked transfers to and from the airport through the company and they were reasonably priced and punctual. I would definitely recommend the apartment blocks to friends and would book again if returning to Paphos.
January 2026 - Everything in the location was excellent. The Property Manager was prompt and handled our requests in a timely manner. We would certainly recommend the property to others. It's a very quiet, enjoyable and well maintained property.
October 2025 - Limnaria Gardens is like a little oasis of calm. Staying for over a month during October and November, the apartment was equipped well for a long stay self-catering holiday. We loved the position of the balcony overlooking the pools and with all day sun. Looking forward to returning in April next year.
August 2025 - Decent apartment with well equipped kitchen. Apartment balcony gets the sun and was of a good size. Good location with shops, restaurant's etc all within a 15 minute walk.
February 2025 - Would be happy to book again. The apartment is in a great location and had everything needed for our stay.
January 2024 - The apartment met all of our expectations. It was comfortable, and everything worked well. We had a few slight problems but these were responded to and resolved very quickly. The property manager was personable and very knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. We would certainly recommend this property as it was great!
December 2023 - Very good stay. Lovely place. Good selection of utensils in the kitchen.
September 2023 - Lovely little apartment, well equipped with all you need. A fantastic big balcony which gets full sun all day. The location is good, shop and some restaurants nearby and a relaxed 15 min walk to the harbour. We would definitely stay here again. The website is really easy. Regular emails with all the information required. The taxi transfer service was fantastic would use it again.
July 2023 - Cosy and well-equipped flat with nice view, well-maintained complex, great location, quiet, beautiful garden, immediate local support.
May 2023 - Lovely location. We enjoyed the time spent here. Photos are accurate. Nice view, and a beautiful terrace. I have already recommended it to my friends.
