Description

MINIMUM CHARGE 5 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Two people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Balcony - Large, part-covered pool-facing L-shaped balcony, table and four chairs, ceiling fan.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table and four chairs.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has two private sunloungers.

March 2024 - We have had a lovely holiday at Limnaria Gardens. The apartment was as described and the photos were accurate. The location was great. The facilities in the apartment were excellent. We didn’t want for anything. The bed was really comfortable. The balcony had the sun on it in the morning, which was great as we went out most days late morning. We did hire a car but there is so much to see locally there is no need as the location of the apartment is excellent. The property manager was really helpful and customer service was really good, nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend the property and would stay there again. We had some lovely meals at the harbour, Theo’s and Mar Bianco were our favourites. We went to Latsi, Pissouri and Limassol, excellent places to visit. All in all a super holiday
October 2023 - The description and pictures were accurate. The property manager was excellent. He advised us as to where the sun beds may be located and followed this up to check we had found them. He also arranged a late check out which was very much appreciated as our airport transfer was not until 7pm. I would recommend this property to friends who don't like too much sunshine especially if visiting during the summer months. This is our 7th visit to Limnaria Gardens and we have many favourite restaurants and we were pleased to see most are all still thriving. However, our favourite restaurant for quality food and friendly atmosphere has to be Michael's House, a family-run restaurant which has been established for 40 years and serves Mediterranean food. It is situated on Kleious Street which is a short walk from Limnaria Gardens. Kleious Street has several restaurants and a shop but for our first few visits, we did not know this street existed as it is in the opposite direction to Paphos. The website is very clear and easy to follow. Includes links to further requirements such as airport transfer and how to arrange a late checkout. Final Booking details include important information and contact numbers. I found this very comprehensive.
July 2023 - Excellent property, nice and clean. Air con was so cold and worked a treat in the really hot weather. So easy to book everything is really simple
January 2023 - The property met our expectations and everything we needed for our visit was available. The property manager responded quickly to questions and was able to answer our questions. We would recommend this property to others and enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoy visiting the mosaics at the Archeological Park as they are spectacular. Even more vivid just after a rain. Pingouino is a great place to eat and has wonderful orange cake. Nero's is good for coffee with a lovely sea view.
May 2022 - Apartment very well located close to the beach and the centre of Paphos. Very nice swimming pools and very green setting, a very beautiful garden !!. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We spoke to the Property Manager regarding a TV and air conditioning problem and sorted the issues and was very friendly. I will recommend Limnaria Gardens. Very good restaurants in the area: Namaste, Cloéa & Pinguino
August 2019 - Everything was good. Everything you need is there and in good shape. from kitchen to bathroom, bedroom to living room and the big balcony. Maybe the bathroom needs a little modernization, but nothing major. The pool is great and available even in the evening. communication before the travel was easy and fast. Some beaches and the harbour as well as great restaurants are close by and easy to reach by foot. There is also public transportation and some car and buggy/quad rentals just around the corner as well as a small supermarket with a gorgeous owner. We will come back and definitely can recommend to stay here.
June 2019 - Nice one bed apartment with plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Bed comfy. Air con worked well. In a nice position with a lovely view of the pool. Very slow water pressure in bathroom, painful trying to wash my hair. WiFi fine in apartment but reception a bit spotty in pool area. Limnaria Gardens is nicely kept and in very good position for restaurants and bars etc. Pool is a very good size. Nearby mini-markets with very helpful shopkeepers.
August 2018 - We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was lovely, clean and had all the necessary facilities needed. The location was ideal away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance into the town. Would definitely come back and recommend it to friends. There were lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
June 2018 - First, what a lovely apartment we stayed in. It was more than we could have hoped for. Very spacious and was immaculately clean and we were provided with everything you could want in a self catering apartment. Credit must go to the owners and the Property Management team. Its a lovely complex all round and in a very convenient location for all amenities. In fact we liked it so much and had a great time that we are returning next year. All the photographs and descriptions were spot on and we would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family. A special thanks to the Cyprus Lettings Group as well for keeping me well informed at every stage of the booking process and notifying us of any changes.
May 2018 - Super accommodation!! all was super!
February 2018 - Apartment was good size for a couple and was as described. Had everything we needed. The location is very good easy access to harbour, bars, restaurants etc. The complex was quiet as we went out of season but we expected that.
September 2017 - 2nd visit to Limnaria Gardens, Paphos and enjoyed it as much as the first. Already looking forward to booking our trip next year. I would happily recommend it to anyone and friends who normally stay elsewhere nearby changed to Limnaria Gardens on our recommendation this year and were glad they did. Lots of good bars/restaurants nearby especially Billy's, Les Amis and our favourite The Atrion in the secret garden. Bus route into town is great if you want a bit more variety. Our accommodation was excellent and the description was very accurate. Property manager was very accommodating with any requests and the whole resort was clean, tidy and well managed. Loved It !
