Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for two, dining table and two chairs.
Balcony - Attracts the sun all day. The area of the balcony outside of the bedroom is open to the sun, and the area outside of the living room is covered and has drop-down vertical awnings that can be lowered to convert the balcony space into a conservatory. There is a small dining table and chairs on the open area of the balcony and a wicker sofa and chairs with a glass-topped wicker coffee table on the closed side of the balcony. The balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and lounge via double patio doors which are fitted with fly screens to keep out mosquitoes in the summer months while allowing the patio doors to be left open for ventilation.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom - Air-conditioned, king-size double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing.
