MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Two people. The apartment does not accept children under the age of 9.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for two, dining table and two chairs.

Balcony - Attracts the sun all day. The area of the balcony outside of the bedroom is open to the sun, and the area outside of the living room is covered and has drop-down vertical awnings that can be lowered to convert the balcony space into a conservatory. There is a small dining table and chairs on the open area of the balcony and a wicker sofa and chairs with a glass-topped wicker coffee table on the closed side of the balcony. The balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and lounge via double patio doors which are fitted with fly screens to keep out mosquitoes in the summer months while allowing the patio doors to be left open for ventilation.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, king-size double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

Bathroom - The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

TV System - UK free-to-view channels including BBC and ITV, full Sky package, 30+ extra sports channels showing many sports including almost every premiership game, 7-day catch up. There are also hundreds of current DVD-quality movies available.Click Here to download TV instructions

Additional Features - Safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. There are two private sunloungers at the pool area.
