MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Six people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment also offers occupancy for a maximum of 4 guests on a 2-bedroom basis for reduced rates between September and June.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for five, dining table and six chairs.

Balcony - Large pool-facing covered balcony, coffee table and seating for four.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has six private sunloungers.

February 2024 - Spacious apartment, well equipped. Easy to access keys. I would recommend it as very good value.
September 2023 - We have stayed on Limnaria Gardens many times in different apartments, the location is still as beautiful as ever, with very clean communal areas and pools. The apartment itself was very clean with everything you needed for your stay. I did not have to contact the property manager but I am sure they would provide good customer service based on past experience. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. Very easy to use the website to book which made booking easy and a couple of queries were answered by return so very efficient service.
August 2023 - Amazing holiday. Apartment perfect. Pool lovely. Location brill close to town. Simon was fantastic with helping when my son was poorly. Can’t wait to come back next year. The website is so easy to search and finding the perfect apartment and booking was simple. Communication with Cyprus Lettings couldn’t have been better.
July 2023 - Excellent property. Easy to find, and great location. We had lots of space and the sofa/chairs on the balcony were excellent. Having your sunbeds was brilliant, and the pools were in lovely gardens and always clean and tidy. We used Alpha Mega supermarket and got our main shopping delivered. It was free as we spent over €100. It came right to the door on the first morning. The property manager provided an efficient service when contacted. I would recommend the Roof Top bar nearby for drinks, and Namaste and Michaels House for evening meals. If you want to walk a little further, the Windmill did a great meze, with lots of choices. We are all vegetarian/vegan and found plenty of options at these places and others. Overall excellent accommodation and service, that I would recommend it to anyone.
September 2022 - Good overall, a couple of minor problems but excellent response to resolve issues from the Property Manager. Michael’s restaurant very good.
May 2022 - The apartment was spacious and clean. Really appreciated the aircon as it was very hot. The gardens and pool were both well maintained and my grandson really enjoyed the Jacuzzi, as he is only 9 he thought it was great fun. We had been toying with the idea of a future purchase in Limnaria Gardens as it is so nice. We are ex pats who live in Spain and are not adverse to moving again. I will definitely recommend Cyprus Holiday Lettings to friends and family. The booking was very easy and staff very helpful and understanding as we had to change date 3 times due to pandemic. Booking staff also helped me when I was concerned for my daughter who would be arriving at the property a day earlier than us and were able to book her into the property at very short notice. The booking of the taxi from the airport via Cyrus Lettings was stress free.
