Occupancy - Four people. A z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally for an additional person. The apartment also offers occupancy for a maximum of 2 guests on a 1-bedroom basis for reduced rates between October & April.

Terrace - Large south-facing and pool-facing terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Ideal for outside dining or private sunbathing. The apartment has four private sunloungers and a retractable awning.

May 2025 - The apartment was very clean and tidy the furnishings had been updated since the posted photos. The Property manager was extremely helpful. I would recommend this property to others there are a number of excellent restaurants nearby
October 2024 - The property description very much lived up to our expectations and the location is very good for access to town restaurants, Paphos boardwalk and the beach. The Property Manager was very helpful and proactive when needed. We would have no problem recommending this Villa to friends and family We have booked again for 2025!
June 2024 - Well-appointed and spacious ground-floor apartment. We have stayed here quite a few times and really enjoy its access to the pool and proximity to restaurants and bars. The ceiling fans were a godsend during an early heatwave during the night. Very easy to browse and book. Plenty of information was provided for arrival and for operations etc
April 2024 - Lovely spacious apartment in prime position. The booking process with Cyprus Lettings was very easy as was communication with the Property Manager.
September 2023 - An ideally situated apartment that we have stayed in before. It is still a very nice place to stay. A very easy-to-use website with good filters for various requirements. Booking is easy and quick responses to any queries.
August 2023 - The apartment was better than the photos with new bedroom furniture. The location is fabulous just as stated. We had a few issues but the property manager was so good in helping out. I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and relatives. We visited around 12 different restaurants all of which we couldn't fault the food or service. The Cyprus Lettings Group gave excellent service throughout the whole booking process even when I changed the dates.
June 2023 - Another lovely stay in this apartment with its spacious terrace. The facilities are excellent - 2 clothes airers and a bbq on the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space in the living room and bedroom. A great location as it is only a few minutes walk to the seafront and nearby restaurants and kiosks, and then a further 15 minutes to the harbour area. Very informative website, full of details on each property, very easy to book.
January 2023 - Second time (the first in November), in this accommodation, spacious, clean and well exposed. We enjoyed the double room with ensuite bathroom, which ensures privacy even if you are four, and the large sunny patio for most of the day. The location of the complex is optimal, quiet but close to the sea, shops and restaurants, including Namaste, Alea and Tà Bania. There is a beautiful promenade promenade where you can reach the long beach of Geroskipou and the Ricco's bar, really delicious. Cyprus Lettings Group offers great service and the Property Manager is exceptional. Highly recommended!
August 2022 - Another great holiday in this ideally situated apartment. The booking process is easy and Cyprus Holiday Lettings provide clear and simple information on accessing the apartment and the facilities. The additions of a parasol and bbq were very much appreciated and used and definite assets to the property. There is plenty of outside space for dining and sunbathing. Our favourite restaurant is the Atrion Secret Garden, based in the Limnaria shopping complex at the end of the road. This, as well as a number of other restaurants, is closed on a Monday. There is also T&J Fish and Chips close by and The Lodge, South African restaurant, which is moving to a new site close to T&Js in October. It’s worth visiting the mosaics at the harbour and the Tomb of The Kings (best to do the latter early morning in hot weather) and driving out to Latchi.
May 2022 - Another brilliant holiday in this lovely apartment. The large terrace and direct access to the pool make outside living very enjoyable with comfortable chairs and a table under the awning for some shade. The addition of a dressing table in the main bedroom is welcome. We never have any problems using Cyprus Holiday Lettings and find them very helpful with any communication. Any minor queries during our stay are dealt with quickly and efficiently by the manager on site. We have been going to the Atrion (Secret Garden) restaurant in the complex at the end of the road for many years and have recently introduced family members to it during a trip out for a wedding. There is also a nice fish and chip shop (TJ’s) not far away.It’s a short walk to the harbour and mosaics and a short drive will take you to the Tombs of the Kings, which is best to visit early in the day during summer. It’s also worth taking a drive out to Latchi, and taking a stroll along the small marina.
May 2022 - We really liked the addition of the extra furniture especially the dressing table in the main bedroom, and the decor items in the living room were also a nice touch. We’re very much looking forward to our next visit and love this apartment.

August 2021 - A lovely ground floor apartment with a large private terrace that has a pathway down to the pool. We have stayed here several times as it is the perfect location - close to local restaurants and amenities. Excellent service from Cyprus Holiday Lettings, especially in view of the pandemic which is reassuring. We have already booked this apartment again for next year so would definitely recommend it to others. We found the Atrion (Secret Garden) restaurant excellent for meals, snacks and drinks and it is conveniently situated in the parade at the bottom of the road. Portobello restaurant along the seafront road and Tea for Two are also very good. Excellent service from the Cyprus Lettings Group and great a website
