Description

MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. There is a sofabed in the living room that sleeps two

Living Area - Air-conditioned, ceiling fan, lounge seating for five, dining seating for four. Patio doors lead to the terrace which leads directly to the pool area.

Terrace - Large private south-west pool-facing terrace. Furnished with a table, four chairs and four private sunloungers. A sunshade is provided.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. The washing machine is built into units next to the kitchen.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Patio doors lead onto the terrace.

Bathroom - Bath with shower and WC.

Additional Features - Safe, alarm system, iron and ironing board.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided plus beach towels.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 150m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

Reviews

March 2024 - This is a large ground-floor apartment with a big outside space leading out to the beautiful pool area and gardens. The bed is comfortable. We did have to contact the property manager who helped us quickly and efficiently. The complex is 15 walk to the harbour area.
June 2023 - Lovely clean apartment, with all amenities required. Maintenance was prompt when required. Good communication too.
