✅ What Is the Accidental Damage Waiver?

The ADW is a small, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay.
It removes the need for a refundable damage deposit, giving you added convenience and peace of mind.

💶 Cost of the Waiver

  • The fee is £10 per person

  • It replaces the requirement to pay a security or damage deposit

  • The fee is non-refundable, even if no damage occurs

🔒 What’s Covered?

The waiver protects you against the cost of minor accidental damage, including:

  • Broken glasses, crockery, or light furniture

  • Scuff marks or small scratches on walls or furniture

  • Spills or stains on rugs, sofas, or soft furnishings

⚠️ What’s Not Covered?

The ADW does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused intentionally or through negligence

  • Excessive cleaning required due to misuse

  • Lost keys, fobs, or remote controls

  • Damage caused by unauthorised guests

📌 Important Information

  • The ADW is optional but strongly recommended

  • You are still expected to treat the property with care and report all incidents

  • If the cost of damage exceeds £400, you will be required to pay the difference immediately

  • To qualify for coverage, any damage must be reported by email on the same day it occurs
    (Unreported damage that is discovered later will be charged to you)
