Booking your holiday accommodation with Limnaria Gardens & Villas is easy, secure, and stress-free. Just follow these simple steps:

1. 🔍 Search for Your Ideal Property

Enter your travel dates, number of guests and/or bedrooms, then click Search.
You’ll see a list of available properties, each showing current rental rates.

2. 🖼️ Explore Property Details

Click on any listing to view a full description, photo gallery, and key features.
You’ll also find a few general images of the pool area.

3. 📝 Make Your Reservation

Once you’ve found the perfect place:

• Click the "Book This Property" button

• Fill out the short booking form with your details

• Pay the deposit securely online by debit or credit card

4. 📧 Receive Your Booking Confirmation

You’ll get a confirmation email right away.
This will include your booking details, the balance due, and the date by which it must be paid.

5. 💳 Pay the Balance

Your remaining balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
We’ll send a reminder, and you’ll find full payment instructions in your confirmation email.

🔹 A 2.9% booking administration fee is added to the balance for all first-time bookings made through our website.
🔹 If you’ve booked with us before, you can request a Loyalty Code to remove this fee.

6. 📬 Arrival Information

Once your balance is paid, we’ll email your full check-in guide, including:

• Local directions

• Access instructions

• Helpful tips for your stay
