Booking your holiday accommodation with Limnaria Gardens & Villas is easy, secure, and stress-free. Just follow these simple steps:

1. 🔍 Search for Your Ideal Property

Enter your travel dates, number of guests and/or bedrooms, then click Search.
You’ll see a list of available properties, each showing current rental rates.

2. 🖼️ Explore Property Details

Click on any listing to view a full description, photo gallery, and key features.
You’ll also find a few general images of the pool area.

3. 📝 Make Your Reservation

Once you have decided on your chosen property:

  • Click the "Book This Property" button

  • Fill out the short booking form with your details

  • Pay securely online by debit or credit card in GB£. If your booking start date is within the next 13 weeks, full payment is required. For bookings starting more than 13 weeks in advance, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable later.

4. 📧 Receive Your Booking Confirmation

Once you have paid in full, we will send detailed check-in instructions by email that will include local directions, and helpful tips for your stay.

5. 💳 Paying the Balance

Your remaining balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
We’ll send a reminder, and you’ll find payment instructions in your "Booking & Payment Summary" email that is sent shortly after booking.

🔹 A 2.9% booking administration fee is added for all first-time bookings made through our website.
🔹 If you’ve booked with us before, you can request a Loyalty Code to remove this fee.
