MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Terrace - Large private part-covered, pool-facing, south-facing and attracts maximum sunshine, table and six chairs and four sun loungers.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Double, air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

Bedroom 2 - Twin, air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes, walk-in shower room with WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

October 2023 - Great as always. New owners making some improvements. The highlight is always the outside space.
September 2023 - Very good 2 bedroom apartment, clean, good inside and outside space. Good location for a few bars/ restaurants. Great pools. Only 10 minute walk to the many bars/ restaurants at the harbour. Thank you Cyprus Lettings.
August 2023 - The apartment was noticeably very clean on arrival. Was as the photos described. First time in this particular apartment and was not disappointed. Good Location, only a short walk to the harbour and other local restaurants.
November 2021 - Lovely apartment well situated for sun all day on the terrace, well equipped with good Wi-Fi and tv.
October 2019 - The property was as described, a lovely large patio and plenty of equipment. Locally we rediscovered Les Amis, the lodge was definitely to be recommended and in town the Windmill and Agapinor The only place I would recommend on tomb of the Kings is Dias Zeus which is excellent.
July 2019 - We have stayed in this apartment on multiple occasions and have already booked for 2020, description and photographs on website are the same as apartment itself, lovely and clean on arrival, did not need to contact property manager this year, however on previous years response has been very quick. Have recommended this property and Limnaria Gardens itself to friends and family, with some friends staying in previous years. Portobello, Viva Cyprus, Les Amis, Curry House all great places to eat in a 5 minute walk from apartment. Fat Mama's is a short taxi ride away, lovely meal and entertainment (massive portions though). Cant wait to return
June 2019 - We loved this apartment, particularly the sunny location. The key safe changeover is wonderfully simple. We used Les Amis & Gemens restaurants by Alexander the Great Hotel and also the very reasonable Coco’s on the Tombs of the Kings Road. We used the excellent bus service a lot to get around & about. The website and booking system was excellent and easy. We have already booked with Cyprus Lettings for 2021.
June 2019 - Excellent accommodation on the ground floor. I would certainly recommend that property, and will probably look to book it again in the future Recommend Ficardo's, and Michael's House for food - Pinguino's is a great bar for people watching
April 2019 - Very nice apartment on the ground floor. Easy access to the pool area. We did not have to contact the property manager Definitely worth a visit. Recommend Les Amis and Michaels restaurants for evening dining. Tt is best to pre book. Gemes bar is ideal for a drink and snack. These places are a few minutes from the apartment.
March 2019 - Apartment is is great position and was, as before, clean and tidy when we arrived. We have used this apartment at least six times so obviously we like the place. Easy walk to lots of good restaurants and bars. Michael's and Billy's are great and good value as is Romantica and Evis for a pre-dinner drink. TV has a great selection of channels. Wifi good. All in all a great place to stay and we'll be back! Not luxury but every thing we need is there!
February 2019 - We found the accommodation clean, comfortable and private. The apartment suited our needs well, the location was excellent and will really appeal to sun worshippers. We would recommend the property to family and friends
November 2018 - Property was clean and well equipped with all we needed, plenty of towels and bed linen. Nice area outside with sunbeds, table and chairs with the sun all day.
October 2018 - Great position in the complex with lovely large outdoor space. We have been here a number of times and already have future bookings in place. That says it all!
September 2018 - Stayed in this apt for 1 month very good value for money. Photos are accurate. Good position for local bars and restaurants used White Hart many times best Keo beer in Paphos. Yes we would recommend this apartment. We have booked same for next year.
September 2018 - Everything in the description was accurate. We had excellent customer service. I sure would have no problem in recommending this property to my friends. I was there for a wedding in Alexander the Great hotel. I enjoyed the hospitality of the local people they were very kind and accommodating and the local restaurants all served lovely food and great menu choice.
May 2018 - Ideal location, within easy walking distance of Paphos centre. Limnaria Gardens is well maintained with high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, spotlessly clean The accommodation is well laid out with all facilities as advertised. Cleanliness first class
April 2018 - Great break as always. Some kitchen equipment has been replaced and added to which is good. Superb location. We have used the apartment around 4 times and have it booked for the future.
September 2017 - This was a very spacious and well laid out apartment. (there were only 2 of us but ample room for 4) and good for a family. The patio was well equipped with furniture and got the sun for most of the day which was great. The only improvement could be a retractable awning (which some of the neighbouring properties had) to give shade during the hottest part of the day. The WiFi was excellent The pool area is lovely, well maintained and cleaned regularly and within view of the patio with a little path to access it. The kitchen was well equipped. The directions to the property, access to keys etc were very good, parking was readily available. We were able to book a late checkout which was great. Easy walking distance to good restaurants (5-10 mins) and to harbour along coast path (20 mins)
August 2017 - The layout of the apartment itself was great as was the complex. Cleaning of grounds /pool done regularly. The booking/payment process was easy and any questions were immediately answered. We booked return transfers which we would recommend as the driver was very prompt and helpful, finding pick up/drop off spaces immediately in front of the terminal building. Would definitely return to the complex in the future. Beds were comfortable, as was sofas. Plenty of hanging space in wardrobes. We didn’t use the oven/ microwave/TV so I am unable to comment. We hired a car from Easy rent a car ltd locally and found they really were easy to use and didn't try to sell any " extras" Local restaurants, we liked the Atrion in the secret garden of the Limnaria shopping Mall and also the Deck next to Alexander the Great Hotel for amazing sunset views Although the apartment was ideally situated, easy walking distance to the harbour and beaches
July 2017 - The apartment was great, well laid out and clean. The outside was sufficiently sized for sunbathing for 4 people. As usual, the local area was perfect for evenings out and restaurants we're top quality, particularly the Atrion and Porto Bello.
July 2017 - Stayed in this apartment for the 3rd time. It was good to see that there are new items of furniture especially the new bed in the master bedroom. Limnaria complex as per usual was amazing, clean, quiet and just the relaxing holiday that we have come to expect over the last 8 years. There are many excellent restaurants locally, some of our favourites are Viva Cyprus, Argo's and Chiang Quiong Chinese restaurant, our children couldn't wait to go back. Slightly further away but Fat Mama's was amazing for both food and entertainment, definitely worth a visit. If you are looking for watersports Nick's water sports are amazing. The holiday and apartment were that good, we have booked again for 2018.
