Minimum Charge - 7 nights
You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.
Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table and six chairs.
Terrace - Private terrace that faces directly onto the main pool with the children's pool only a stone's throw to the right. The massive terrace is south facing which attracts maximum sunshine and has two tables and eight chairs and four sunloungers. Part of the terrace is covered.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, en-suite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom - Separate bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
TV System - UK free-to-view channels including BBC and ITV and 7-day catch up. There are also hundreds of current DVD-quality movies available. TV instructions
Additional Features - Safe, alarm system, iron and ironing board. The property has 4 private sunloungers.
Parking - Plenty of parking bays around the complex.
Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. February 2025 - The description was accurate, the property was very comfortable and well-positioned. The property manager provides a great service, very responsive. I would recommend this property. Well situated for local beach and restaurants.
August 2024 - The apartment was clean spacious & well equipped. It is a bit dated in places but was clean. The location was ideal & the swimming pool is amazing & very clean. I would come back in a heartbeat & would recommend it to friends & family. We loved how close we were to the sea & bars & restaurants.
February 2024 - We had a very enjoyable month in this apartment. It's a good size and in general, had all the equipment we needed. We cooked regularly and the kitchen works well - a good cooker and enough pots, pans plates etc. The apartment is comfortable - and the bed was really good. For a March holiday, it's great as you get full sun on the terrace from early morning until 4.30pm - which is more or less as late as any apartment on the complex. The TV had all terrestrial UK channels and most of them work on catch-up. The wi-fi is fine. For the odd thing that we had to ask for help with the Property Manager was really good.
January 2024 - This is a great-sized apartment with a lovely (and large) terrace. The kitchen is good and quite well-equipped. We stayed for a month and felt very comfortable. Being in Block B we had sun from early morning till 4.30pm which is great in March. The bed was very comfortable. The management company was very helpful and responded fast to the odd thing that we needed. The location is perfect and Limaria Gardens is a beautiful complex. We are already planning to return again.
January 2024 - We stayed the first week of January. Sunshine every day and the large outside space of the apartment gets the sun nearly all day. The apartment is in a great location for walking, and restaurants, and was very quiet. It was very clean and spacious. We also stayed for a week in December and we liked it so much, we booked it again. The apartment is a great size and would definitely stay again.
December 2023 - The apartment is in a great location. Easy walking along the coastal path and lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of outside space for relaxation and was very peaceful. The apartment is a great size and would definitely stay again.

February 2023 - Our stay was brilliant. The apartment was beautiful & clean, perfect for our needs as a base whilst visiting family.
July 2022 - Fantastic location with huge terrace, 4 loungers and 2 tables with 4 chairs each. Everything you need is here, plenty towels, kitchen utensils, BBQ utensils, and decent showers! No complaints at all. We contacted the property manager to ask a question about the sun loungers and got an immediate response. Recommendations for bars and restaurants: Phivos for cheap good food Muse Cafe in the old town for sunset views and cool vibes - expensive. Antasia and Suite 48 for beachside sunsets Ocean Basket for quality seafood Namaste Indian and Imperial Chinese for takeaway tastes Pinguino Cafe for everything - so chilled and good quality WindMill restaurant for the best Meze Memories bar and Why Not for relaxing evening drinks We also went to the waterpark (get the bus from the bottom of the road), and did the Wave Dancer all day cruise. Excellent We adore Paphos and will be back next year for our 10th time!
June 2022 - Have a amazing time, Limnaria Gardens is a lovely complex, my family has been for the last 11 years. Our apartment was in a lovely position right next to the small pool. The apartment could do with a bit of updating and TLC.
April 2022 - We have stayed at Limnaria Gardens before, it is a lovely complex, pools well kept and now with the addition of a lifeguard. It is ideally situated for access into Kato Paphos, just a short walk along the sea-front to the harbour & restaurants there. The apartment was clean & comfortable. Nearby Friendship Bar,The Atrium & Rimini Italian all lovely places to go for a drink or food. It as easy to book and the arrival info clear. Very helpful when I contacted agent for a late checkout
