Minimum Charge - 7 nights
You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.
Occupancy - Two people. For a supplement of GBP50 per week a box room can be opened that can sleep one child (if the number of occupants on the booking form is 3, the rental amount will be revised to incorporate the surcharge after the booking form has been submitted). This apartment only accepts bookings for couples and small families.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, floor fans, thermostatically controlled radiators for the winter, lounge seating for three and dining table and four chairs.
Terrace - Massive private terrace that faces directly onto the main pool with the second pool only a stone's throw to the left. The 50m2 split-level terrace is south-facing so attracts maximum sunshine. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, a coffee table, a two-seater settee and two lounging chairs and three sun loungers. There is an electrically operated awning that, if desired, covers the top area of the terrace, whilst the lower terrace is for sunbathing.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, George Foreman, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, thermostatically controlled radiators for the winter.
Bedroom 2 - Non-air-conditioned small room with a single bed that can sleep a child/teenager and fan.
Bathroom - The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.
Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.
TV System - UK free-to-view channels including BBC and ITV, full Sky package, 30+ extra sports channels showing many sports including almost every premiership game plus seven days catch up. There are also hundreds of current DVD-quality movies available.TV instructions
Additional Features - Safe, iron and ironing board. A cot and high charge are available on request for no extra charge. The property has 3 private sunloungers.
Linen - Bed linen, bath & hand towels and also beach towels are provided.
Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing.
