Occupancy - Four people. There is a double sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four and dining table under a chandelier and four chairs. Upgraded in 2022 with new high-end sofabed and chair.
Balcony - The private balcony is not overlooked. It is sheltered from the sun at breakfast time but is bathed in sun during the afternoon. Upgraded in 2022 with new high-end two chairs, coffee table and a 3-seater couch.
Kitchen - Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle. Upgraded in 2022 with new kitchen fan, hob, oven with grill and larger fridge with freezer.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing.
