MINIMUM CHARGE 6 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional child, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining seating for six.

Terrace - Large private pool-facing terrace that is South facing and attracts maximum sunshine. Furnished with a table and four chairs and four sun loungers. This is one of the largest private terraces on Limnaria Gardens.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, patio door leading onto the terrace, ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Full bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

TV System - A great selection of TV channels available.

Additional Features - BBQ, alarm system, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

September 2023 - Lovely property, true to the description. Friendly property manager. Would love to return again. The website and booking process was good, with prompt and helpful replies. Good communication all round.
July 2023 - Really nice stay. The apartment was nice and tidy, this is our 2nd time back in the same apartment.
June 2023 - The apartment was very nice & in a good location to get to local restaurants etc. Yes, I would recommend this property to someone else & I would use it again myself. The website was very good & the booking process also.
February 2023 - We had a brilliant week in this apartment. It must be one of the best in the complex, getting sun on the terrace all day long. Block C (along with B and D) is the best block for getting the sun. The kitchen area is small but very well equipped - we found everything we needed to cook a roast dinner, make fresh orange juice, cafetiere coffee etc. It has a very comfortable double mattress in the main bedroom (Very firm and good to sleep on). TV and WiFi worked without any problems. All in all, I'd recommend this apartment, even if it is a fraction more expensive than others - you get a lot for your money.
August 2022 - Another lovely holiday at Limnaria Gardens. The cleaning & maintenance of this apartment was much improved from when we last stayed in 2019 The property manager provided an excellent service. We will book this apartment again.
July 2022 - This was our second visit to the Complex. We stayed in the same apartment as last time. Comes with all the benefits of a self catering apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A private patio gives great sunshine time allowing us to not have to take sun beds to the pool each time. The pools are great, with 3 pools in the centre of the complex, a baby pool, a family pool and an adult pool. Lifeguards are in place during peak times. The complex is approx 5 mins to a small supermarket and 20 mins to the main Kato Paphos supermarket (inc a Sainsburys aisle), However we elected for a home delivery, saved carrying the heavy items in the heat!!! The complex is 10 mins to the start of the main restaurant area, but has a number of independent locations closer.
June 2022 - Just spent 2 weeks in this apartment with my husband. It looked just as the photos showed. As it looks out onto the pool it had a lovely view. The air-con worked well and the apartment was very clean. The property manager came on day 2 to introduce himself and check everything was okay, which was a nice touch. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family. Would recommend Argo's for Cypriot food, The Lodge for a good steak, The Imperial for Chinese, Gabor's for French. Lots of decent restaurants within walking distance, offering 3 course set menus for under 20 euros (particularly Les Amis, Portobello, Atrion).

August 2021 - We have just returned from our stay in Cyprus and loved our stay in this apartment in Limnaria Gardens. Having stayed on the development before I knew that I wanted accommodation in block C or D because they get lots of sunshine. This apartment is perfect because you have a a large ground floor terrace which is very private plus you can just enter the pool area via a gate and be swimming in the pool in 2 minutes. Lots of people love to lounge by the pool which is a very beautiful area with gorgeous palms and flowering plants. We could enjoy all this from our apartment so enjoyed it all from the apartment. The whole are is very well maintained and we had a visit on our first day from the manager to check that everything was ok and we had his number in case we had any problems (which we didn't.) The area is so well situated in relation to getting around, the town is a short walk away, the beach we loved the most 5 minutes walk, a bus stop and corner shop 2 minutes down the road so we didn't need a car. If we return to Cyprus again I wouldn't hesitate in booking again.
August 2021 - We had a great holiday. Really loved Limnaria Gardens. It was just me and my 2 kids (12 and 9). The atmosphere of the place was a really safe family environment so I felt really relaxed about letting the kids go to the pool if I wasn’t ready or was tidying up after lunch etc. The apartment was nice….. maybe a little dated but I thought the photographs gave a good representation of the apartment. We had a great holiday….. so much so we are considering going back in October…. Paphos is a beautiful Friendly place and I think now I would always stay at Limnaria Gardens. Lots of people I spoke to had been before and returned every year and loved it. Like I said for me on my own with 2 kids I was so happy and impressed with the friendly atmosphere and lovely people there…. I definitely would and already have recommended thev complex to people and genuinely can’t wait to go back Both my kids, who can be hard to please said it was their best holiday ever and can’t wait for me to book again! The beds were really comfortable too I had great sleeps whilst there!!! So to sum up Limnaria Gardens and Paphos is our favourite place to date…. And we genuinely can’t wait to go back. The booking process was really good, straight forward and easy.
September 2019 - Lovely apartment with a great outside space giving easy access to the pool area. Furnishings and appliances are fine. We have the apartment already booked for October 2020 so that says it all! The property manager quickly got back in touch concerning the one issue we had. Would certainly recommend. Favourite bars and restaurants close by include Micheal's, Evis and Billys.
May 2019 - Listing as described. Excellent location We had a couple of issues during our stay but the property manager dealt with these promptly and efficiently. La Miss Restaurant is excellent and highly recommended. THe website and booking process were both very good. I very much appreciate the speed that my enquiries have been dealt with.
November 2018 - Very Nice apartment in an exclusive clean area. Near to everywhere, beach, restaurant, supermarket, harbour, and walking distance to the bus station. There is an animal sanctuary 5 minutes walk away with horses and donkeys and the was a favourite with my 6 year old daughter. I spent only one week in Cyprus with my family, but we lived like kings in the apartment. We have a problem with the internet but after a call to the Property Manager the issue was resolved within one hour. Weather was Nice for us, we was on the beach 6 days from 7, what is perfect for the end of November. Thank you so much for a very nice vacation.
