Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The apartment has four private sunloungers.

August 2017 - Just back from a lovely week in Paphos. The apartment was exactly as described. Sun on balcony all afternoon. Clean and had everything we needed. Pool area was nice too. The manager was very nice and came to welcome us. He recommended some water sports - Nick's and quad hire S.M just down the road. Both of which were great. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road for essentials and a much bigger one in paphos centre only about 10 minute walk. We got taxis quite a lot and it was 8 Euro for the paphos area. Great when you do a shop and need a lift home with all the bags. There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance - Happy Island was good and a bit more up market was Suite 48 which was really nice to watch the sunset from too. A lovely walk along the beach promenade in about 10-15 minutes. Baccus was also nice on the front. Memories was nice for cocktails. I would recommend the Limnaria Gardens and would definitely book again. Also, do the safari tour with s.m quads which was a great day out.
August 2017 - Having returned from a wonderful holiday I feel the need to convey my thanks and pass my thoughts to other people looking to book this apartment. On arrival we were thrilled to discover how clean and well furnished it was. The photos are exactly how it is. What the photos don't show is the high spec accessories. Beautiful bedding and tableware from Debenhams. Plenty of towels and cushions making it a real home from home. Four very comfortable sunloungers were easily located by the pool. Looking at the photos of the balcony and seeing that it was covered I never thought we would get the sun at all. We were therefore pleasantly surprised to find that the sun was full on around 3pm onwards. Air con and fans were a godsend in the heat of August. The property manager couldn't have been more professional. The Zbed and extra chair for the balcony we requested were there on arrival. He called in on us on our first morning and was available by email if needed. As we needed to vacate at 11am but not flying until late they allowed us to store our luggage. WiFi excellent a bit hit and miss if you could pick it up from the room whilst by the pool. Pool area and toilets were kept clean. Loved that you could enjoy the pools even after dark. Small shop for bread and drinks a 2 min walk away at Paphos Gardens. Larger supermarket 15 mins walk away (8euros in taxi) and apartment even had a shopping trolley to carry heavy items home. Countless number of bars and restaurants nearby and you'll find plenty of shortcuts to get to them. We enjoyed Michaels, Les Amis and Friendship Bar (pool table for the kids) round one corner. Atrium, Tge Deck Bar and Suite 48 by the beach. Portobello, Viva Cyprus and The Hogs Head at the bottom of the road. Luigus and Rib Shack to the left plus all the wonderful places around The Harbour. We hired a car for a few days and went to Latchi, Tombs of the Kings, Coral Bay and to Mount Olympus and The Troodos. Bus stops right outside arrivals and departures at Paphos Airport and takes 30 mins to The Alexander the Great Hotel. From there a 5 min walk to Limnaria. Kids travel free and 1.50 Euro each adult. Far cheaper than a taxi. All in all a very comfortable stay in a very relaxing complex within easy reach of everything Paphos has to offer.
June 2017 - Fabulous apartment equipped with everything you need whilst away from home. Plenty of towels and good quality bedding. We stayed in June 2017 and certainly appreciated the fans and air con. Having English TV was great too! The pool was nice and clean and very well used by everyone at the complex, having said that, there's never any shortage of sunloungers, as each apartment has their own sun beds clearly marked and locked, by the pool. The apartment is a pleasant walk into the main part of town and harbour area, where most of the restaurants are. The balcony got sun most of the afternoon, but having the pool area means you don't really need the balcony during the day. I'd have no hesitation recommending this apartment.
February 2017 - I enjoyed my stay at Limnaria Gardens, definitely one of the best properties I've been too. Recommended to everyone who is planning to visit Cyprus. The description is accurate, and my parents will be visiting Cyprus soon and will stay at Limnaria Gardens. I liked pretty much everything about Paphos, will be back soon.
July 2016 - Everything with the apartment was as described and we were very happy with the facilities. Property manager gave a very good introduction to the use of the facilities and features of the property. We would recommend this property to others.
July 2016 - This apartment was perfect for our family, all the required facilities and central to Paphos. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to family or friends. I would certainly come back soon.
