Limnaria Gardens
Complex Information: Construction of Limnaria Gardens began in early 2006 and was completed in 2015. It is the larger of the two complexes, featuring around 200 units. The development includes eight blocks arranged around three swimming pools, all supervised by a lifeguard and open throughout the season. Additionally, there is block K, located outside the main pool area, facing south toward the sea. Nearby, a row of south-facing villas share a similar orientation. As one of the largest complexes in Paphos, Limnaria Gardens boasts a spacious walk-in swimming pool at its center, complete with a jacuzzi, as well as a separate children’s pool. Complex Information: Limnaria Villas, located next to Limnaria Gardens, was completed in 2005 and is smaller in scale. It comprises two south-facing apartment blocks and 38 terraced and detached villas. The complex features one large swimming pool with an extensive sunbathing terrace. Its more intimate size makes it popular among couples and families seeking a quieter holiday experience. Positioned on Melinas Merkouri Street, just off the seafront in Kato Paphos, it is only 250 meters from the Alexander the Great Hotel and an additional 250 meters to the beach. Paphos Harbour is a 15-minute walk away
