Limnaria Gardens
Complex Information: Work on Limnaria Gardens started in early 2006, and the complex was finally completed in 2015. Limnaria Gardens is the largest of the two complexes and consists of approximately 200 units. There are 8 blocks that surround the three swimming pools that have a lifeguard and are open throughout the season. There is a further block (K) that is outside the perimeter of the pool area and faces south towards the sea. With a similar aspect to block K, there are a row of south-facing villas. The complex is one of the largest in Paphos and has a large walk-in swimming pool at the centre of the complex. This pool has a jacuzzi and there is also a separate children's pool. There is also a second, smaller pool with Jacuzzi.
Limnaria Villas
Complex Information: Limnaria Villas which is next to Limnaria Gardens was completed in 2005 and is smaller than Limnaria Gardens consisting of two south-facing blocks of apartments and 38 terraced/detached villas. The complex has one large pool and a large sunbathing terrace. As the complex is smaller than its sister it is popular with couples and families who want a quieter holiday. Situated on Melinas Merkouri street, just off the seafront in Kato Paphos, it is 250m from the Alexander the Great Hotel and a further 250m to the beach. Paphos Harbour is 15 minutes on foot.
